CAARE Enrichment Program

SpringBridge's CAARE (Career Access, Advocacy, Resources, Education) Enrichment Program is expanding diversity in mental health. We are recruiting and supporting the next generation of mental health professionals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Cohorts will engage in months of learning, practicing, and developing interventions based on various theories. This process includes interactive didactic learning, observation, and hands-on practice. Students will be mentored and guided by practicing mental health professionals with extensive experience, ensuring they gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. They will learn to apply appropriate interventions to navigate complex family systems, building a versatile skill set to address diverse client needs.

Graduating clinicians will be familiar with their own communities and well-trained in other cultures, distinguishing them from those outside the SpringBridge Program.
