SpringBridge is committed to expanding access to the CAARE Enrichment Program; however, the number of participants supported each year is dependent on available funding, scholarship commitments, and partner support. As resources grow, SpringBridge aims to increase cohort size and reach more system-impacted youth and young adults.
Currently, SpringBridge selects up to ten participants annually, forming two cohorts that progress together through the program. Cohorts provide peer support, shared accountability, and consistency throughout each participant’s education-to-career journey.
