Nominate a student for our program and next cohort

SpringBridge picks ten students per year to create two cohorts. Cohorts work together to support one another on their journey through education.

Who is Eligible to Apply:
Enrolled in one of the following educational programs:
  • High school, 11th or 12th grade
  • Community College
  • Bachelor's 1st or 2nd year
Requirements to Apply:
  • Provide proof of current GPA
    • There is no minimum GPA requirement to apply but those under 3.0 will be required to sign a GPA improvement plan and work closely with their mentor to improve and maintain this average.

  • Statement of Purpose

  • CV/Resume or Referrals from teacher, counselor, therapist, employer, community leader.

Expectations of our Cohort Members:
Being a part of a cohort is a time commitment and you can expect to spend 10+ hours a week involved in various cohort requirements.
  • Attend require meetings, remain an engaged cohort member
  • Complete CAARE Enrichment courses as scheduled
  • Volunteer (unless employed)
  • GPA maintenance
  • Financially responsible and transparent with resources provided
  • Stay actively engaged with mentor
  • Commitment to mentor next cohort
