Practicum Trainee Students
What to Expect

Participation in a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the next generation of mental health providers through education, workforce development, and community-rooted career pathways.

Structured clinical training experience serving system-impacted youth and their families within a program-based psychotherapy model.

Supervised practicum hours that may be applied toward graduate program requirements, in accordance with university and BBS standards.

Professional mentorship and guidance from licensed mental health clinicians and nonprofit leaders.

Letters of recommendation from supervising clinicians and organizational leadership, based on performance and readiness.

Approximately to 8-15 hours per week dedicated to direct clinical hours and related work.
